Cordell & Cordell divorce solicitor Siobhan Vegh wanted to work within an area of family law where she felt she could make a difference.
“Family law usually involves assisting clients during what is likely to be one of the most challenging times they will face in their lives,” Ms. Vegh said, “and being able to make the process even slightly less traumatic motivated me to become a family lawyer.”
Ms. Vegh is able to empathise with clients and understands that the circumstances they face affect them on a daily basis, which can result in a significant amount of anxiety.
“This enables me to understand how important it is to be able to reassure and support my clients whilst maintaining an appropriate amount of professionalism,” she said.
It takes a lot of courage and strength to approach a lawyer and to begin the legal process.
“Every small step is progress, and it is our job to ensure that our clients feel supported and fully informed throughout the progression of their case,” Ms. Vegh said.
